2022 has been an extraordinarily difficult year for me, so finding joy has been challenging at times. I have found the most joy this year in the little things - finding those silver linings that make it worth it - and also in being creative. I've learned that I really enjoy acrylic painting, and I've been writing more. I also lead a team of 15 remote CSRs, so I've found a lot of joy in finding ways to bring us together and engage the team, even though we work all over the country.
