Hi Everyone, Happy to be with you in this lovely event! I find joy in my surroundings: the delicious smell of a candle, a beautiful sunset. A great message or thought read online. Reading or hearing thoughts that resonate with me and are enriching. And even before all these I find joy in my family, and work. I love to give good energy to people, and it somehow comes back to me too. Also, perhaps I confuse what is joy and what is gratitude. I'm sure to find it out here :)
