Living with JOY means engaging with life’s totality! Allowing myself to open to the larger space that goes beyond the presenting issues AND connecting with the stillness that encompasses all time & space. If I could draw it maybe it would look like levitation :) Or a kid playing with binoculars looking both directly & indirectly. Sometimes finding joy in the most ordinary of places - inside the cap of my beverage.
