I believe that moments of turbulence are an opportunity to grow, to learn if we look at the possibilities that uncertainty offers. Joy and suffering are the 2 sides of the same coin; we can't know one without the other. They are transient. What lasts is our ability to show compassion ; to move topwards a global community
