Hi, apart from my 14 yr old son, volunteering and gifting my time to others brings me joy - in fact it feeds my soul especially being a leader for Action for Happiness and delivering a new 6-week Happiness Habits course. Living with Joy in difficult times means being resilient and remaining positive because you never truly know a moment until it's gone! Keep er lit! (as we say in the North) :-)
