We’ve created this page to help answer the most common questions and help you enjoy the Summit. If you cannot find the answer to your question below, you can contact us using the form below.
Attending the Summit
The event airs November 13th-16th and you can join at any time, from any time zone across the globe! Replays of each session will remain available for 48 hours.
By registering, each day during the event you will receive an email with a link to view the day’s content on our Global Joy Summit Homepage.
You can find a detailed list of all the summit sessions and live workshops on the Summit Schedule page.
Yes! All sessions are presented in English, but subtitles will be available in over 100+ languages through the Youtube auto-translate feature during the live summit.
If you are purchasing the recording package, subtitles will be available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Urdu, Bengal, Marathi, Tamil, Telegu & Tagalog/Filipino.
On 11/13 the free 48-hour community screening of the Mission: JOY movie opens at 12:00 pm Noon EST- New York with a special premiere event.
It will then remain available for 48 hours. Invite your friends to watch it while it’s free!
Replays are available for 48 hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend the viewing period on the website.
However, there is a solution! With our Summit Recordings Package, you are able to receive lifetime access to the Summit content by making a contribution on a sliding scale basis (or applying for a partial or full scholarship). You can learn more here: www.GlobalJoySummit.org/Contribute
Registration
You can register for the Summit here: https://www.GlobalJoySummit.org. After you’ve registered, you will receive a confirmation email.

Registration closes on November 19th with the conclusion of the event.

- Check your Promotions or Spam folder for the confirmation email. Search for [email protected], and add us to your contact list.
- Try registering again one more time to make sure there wasn’t an accidental typo in your email address.
- Or try signing up using a different email address.
- During the Summit from November 13–16, you can find all the sessions and live workshops available each day on the Global Joy Summit Homepage.
Yes! To share the summit with your friend, you can send them the website link for the Summit: https://www.GlobalJoySummit.org/ so they can sign up to attend with you!
Purchasing the Recording Package
Our mission is to make these teachings available to all. You can support the project by purchasing lifetime access to the Summit Recording Package. The package is available on a generosity-based sliding scale. Scholarships are available.
The recording package includes lifetime access to all Summit sessions and workshops to help you live with more love, compassion, connection and JOY, including downloadable files of video, audio, and transcripts, compatible on your phone, laptop, and tablet.
The recording package does not include access to the Mission: JOY movie.
The Global Joy Summit is a nonprofit event.
We use a sliding scale model (and offer full and partial scholarships) to make the Summit Recordings accessible to all.
The proceeds from the Recording Package help us to organize and share this free summit to hundreds of thousands of people around the globe. These funds support the ongoing nonprofit work of Mission: JOY 501(c)(3), Mind & Life Institute 501(c)(3), and The Awake Network Foundation 501(c)(3).
A portion of the proceeds will also go to support the Tibetan Children’s Village (seen in the Mission: JOY film) and the Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation.
When you purchase a Recording Package, you also receive a 2nd free recording package to gift to a friend!
Your friend’s package will contain all of the same benefits as yours, including lifetime access to all Summit videos and bonuses.
You can gift it to a friend right away, or wait and decide who to gift it to later on. Up to you!
Yes, the sliding scale contribution amounts are all listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).
The currency exchange rate estimates are provided for convenience only. Your bank may charge a small fee for international transactions. Payments via credit card or PayPal are available.
Yes, we have full and partial scholarships available!
You can apply for a Full Scholarship using our Scholarship Application Form.
For partial scholarships, you can choose to contribute between $1-50 USD and receive an immediate partial scholarship without filling out the scholarship application form. Any amount you would like to contribute is welcome and will be gratefully received. Contribute to support the Summit >>
Post-Purchase Recording Package Support
You can access your summit recording package at any time through the Awake Networks Member’s library page: https://www.TheAwakeNetwork.com/My-Library/.
Username: the email you registered with.
Password: you should receive a temporary password within your “Account Confirmation” email.
If you did not receive an email with a temporary password after you purchased, or you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password here.
So sorry that you did not receive your account confirmation email!
You will be able to access your Summit Recording Package through your Member’s Library, hosted on the The Awake Network’s website here: https://www.TheAwakeNetwork.com/My-Library/.
Since you did not receive an email with a temporary password after you purchased, you will just need to select the “Forgot Password or Didn’t Receive Confirmation Email ” option. You will then receive an email helping you create a new password and log into your account.
Make sure to use the same email address that you purchased the Summit with!
After purchasing, you can gift your 2nd free package anytime, by logging into your Member’s library here: https://www.TheAwakeNetwork.com/My-Library/
Your friend’s package will contain all of the same benefits as yours, including lifetime access to all Summit videos, audio, and transcripts.
You can gift it to a friend right away, or gift it anytime in the future.
You should have received an email immediately after purchasing with the subject line “Order Receipt” from [email protected].
You can also access a copy of your receipt within your Member’s Library in the “My Account” section. Please note that although this purchase supports nonprofits and charities, it is not considered a tax-deductible donation.
Technical Support
